Integration Engineer

As a Integration Engineer at Nokia, you will implement innovative solutions in customer projects, ensuring integration, SLA compliance, and KPI performance. You will conduct requirement analysis, create detailed designs, and lead technical implementations, while serving as a primary customer interface throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will involve troubleshooting, provide mentorship, and managing customer relationships to foster continuous improvement. You will document root cause analyses, develop procedures for system updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure operational excellence. This position combines technical expertise with strategic customer engagement to drive impactful results.


  • Implement and integrate solutions for customer projects.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and create high- and low-level designs, call flows, and test strategies.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface for solution design validation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and mentorship to internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Document Root Cause Analysis for outages and execute Method of Procedures (MOPs) for upgrades.
  • Act as a Certified Emergency Engineer to restore operational disruptions efficiently.
  • Engage with tiered support levels and collaborate with external vendors as necessary for issue resolution.

Must-Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in implementation and integration of any SDM Products (SDL, PGW, HLR, HSS, NDS, EIR, MNP) across 3G, 4G, 5G, cloud, and enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing high- and low-level technical solutions
  • Expertise in managing SLAs and KPIs to ensure quality performance
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and customers
  • Good understanding of GSM/UMTS/LTE network architectures, call flows, and international standards, including 3GPP and ETSI.
  • knowledge of cloud technologies (VNF, CNF) and related platforms such as CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM or OpenStack.

Nice-To-Have:
  • Experience with Method of Procedures (MOPs) development and execution
  • Familiarity with customer lab support and operations customization
  • Knowledge of advanced troubleshooting methodologies and emergency management
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members in technical aspects
  • Exposure to cross-cultural collaboration within global teams
