Xpo9tial is a growing digital marketing and e-commerce management agency helping local and global brands scale through strategic marketing and business solutions. We are looking for a confident FieldSales Executive to join our team and grow our client base in the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and meet potential clients within the local market.
• Present and pitch company services related to e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct follow-ups, share proposals, and close deals effectively.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (E-Commerce or related industry preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Must have strong convincing power to close the deal with client.
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client meetings daily.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and meeting clients physically.
