You’re the first impression, the energy, and the person who keeps everything running smoothly while making every guest feel welcomed and excited to be here. You’ll greet guests, manage reservations and waitlists, set up golf bays and bowling lanes, answer phones, and confidently direct traffic during high-volume nights.

If you’re confident, aware, friendly, and can be welcoming while still enforcing rules, this is your role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Checking IDs and enforcing age policies
• Managing entry flow and capacity during high-volume nights
• Greeting guests and explaining how golf bays & bowling work
• Seating and setting guests up at bays and lanes
• Managing waitlists and reservations
• Answering phones and handling guest questions
• Operating POS to process payments
• Communicating with bartenders, managers, and security about guest behavior
• De-escalating issues calmly and professionally
• Helping close down the building safely

Qualifications

• 21+ preferred
• Door, security, or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable enforcing policies and handling conflict
• Reliable and punctual
• Nights and weekends required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
