DOT NET Developer 3+ years

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DOT NET Developer 3+Years with a strong background in SQL, query optimization, and database design, along with hands-on expertise across the .NET ecosystem (from .NET Framework 3.5 and WebForms to the latest frameworks and .NET Core).

The role demands not only coding excellence but also the ability to design scalable application architectures, troubleshoot complex issues, and support cloud-based distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Web and Windows applications using the .NET technology stack.
• Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and database structures for high performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database and application issues with a focus on optimization and scalability.
• Develop, test, and deploy large-scale distributed systems in the cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Deliver clean, modularized, and well-documented code that prioritizes readability, extensibility, and maintainability.
• Triage, debug, and fix bugs or deficiencies in applications and systems.
• Assist in on-premise to cloud migration projects, ensuring high availability (99.995% SLA) and secure, seamless transitions.
• Participate in application architecture and design sessions, contributing to cost-effective, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Work in Agile methodologies – sprint planning, demos, retrospectives – ensuring timely delivery.
• Document code, architecture, and processes with clear, detailed technical specifications.
• Communicate effectively with Tech Leads, Delivery Leads, and cross-functional teams to align on deliverables and risks.

• Mentor and guide junior developers in both technical and best-practice areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 3+ years of professional experience as a .NET Developer, with exposure to both Web and Windows application development.
• Proven experience in .Net Web / Desktop application Development and in SQL Server
• Expertise in SQL Server (database design, stored procedures, query optimization, triggers, indexing, performance tuning).
• Strong proficiency in , C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WebForms, .NET Framework 3.5+, .NET Core, Entity Framework.
• Solid understanding of application architecture, structural design, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in complex, high-scale environments.
• Agile/Scrum experience with strong communication and collaboration skills.
