Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Laravel Developer with strong expertise in Laravel, the TALL stack, and modern full-stack development practices. In addition to hands-on coding, the role requires contributing to software solution architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable systems. The ideal candidate embraces AI-assisted workflows, modern DevOps practices, and continuous learning, while mentoring junior developers and shaping overall technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications using Laravel 12, official Laravel packages, and the TALL stack (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Livewire) with Bootstrap.
• Define and implement software architecture and system design patterns for new features and services.
• Architect and optimize APIs, microservices, and integrations.
• Ensure code quality with automated testing (Pest / PHPUnit), coding standards (Pint, PHPStan/Psalm), and peer reviews.
• Apply security best practices across front-end and back-end layers.
• Lead implementation of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and containerized environments (Docker).
• Monitor and optimize system performance with tools such as Telescope, Horizon, Sentry, or New Relic.
• Use AI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to solve complex technical challenges and boost productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior developers, promote knowledge-sharing, and uphold engineering excellence.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively introduce improvements.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• 4-5 years of professional experience with Laravel (preferably v11 or v12).
• Strong full stack expertise with Laravel, TALL stack, and Bootstrap.
• Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, or technical planning.
• Hands-on knowledge of Laravel official packages (Breeze, Jetstream, Fortify, Sanctum, Horizon, Telescope, Scout).
• Strong understanding of APIs, queues, caching, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Docker, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and ownership mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Spatie packages (Permissions, Media Library, etc.).
• Exposure to observability and monitoring platforms (Datadog, Grafana, etc.).
• Knowledge of advanced scaling (horizontal scaling, multi-tenancy, load balancing).

Work Days: Monday- Friday

• Monitor competitor offerings and market trends

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• 1 to 2 years experience in sales / business development in SaaS, telecom and software domain
• Strong understanding of lead generation, account management, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present professionally to clients
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or others)
• Ability to build rapport, manage client expectations, and maintain long-term relationships
• High motivation, target oriented, proactive approach, ability to work independently

Other Details:

Location: Main Shahr e Faisal, Karachi

Experience: 2 years in BD (SAAS Product)

Timings: 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday

Salary: Market Competitive
