Caregiver – Douglasville, GA

Position: Caregiver
Location: Douglasville, GA
Schedule: Part-time / Fill-in, Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Pay: $14–$16 per hour

Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support a client in their home in Douglasville. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful care, assistance with daily routines, and support with personal or medical needs—always with respect, dignity, and a warm heart. This is a non-judgmental, client-centered role where your presence makes a real difference.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and support daily routines
• Assist with personal care: bathing/showering (client may sometimes decline), dressing, grooming, skin care, oral care, hair care, and changing adult undergarments
• Assist with mobility and exercises, including leg exercises recommended by physical therapy
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
• Monitor and respond to client’s medical conditions, reporting any changes to office staff
• Maintain open communication with office staff and follow care plans

Requirements:

• Relevant certifications or training for the role (e.g., CNA, PCA, CPR, First Aid)
• Current TB test
• Compassion, professionalism, and reliability
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable transportation
