DPM (Finishing)

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Deputy Project Manager (Finishing) to lead and manage all finishing works in our high-rise residential and commercial projects. The role demands strong leadership, quality focus, and timely execution of premium finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise finishing activities (plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, carpentry, false ceilings, façade works).
• Ensure high-quality standards, timely delivery, and compliance with GHMC norms.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Oversee material approvals, procurement coordination, and resource planning.
• Prepare units for client handover and ensure punch-list closure.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
• 12–18 years of construction experience, with at least 10+ years in finishing for high-rise/commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, quality control, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
