Job summary

Seeking a skilled HVAC Project Engineer with 1-4 years of experience to manage and oversee HVAC project execution, ensuring alignment with industry standards and project specifications in the real estate and industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans for HVAC systems, ensuring resources, timelines, and processes are aligned with project goals.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance on HVAC system design, installation, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to construction specifications and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design changes, progress reports, and final project evaluations.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-4 years of experience in HVAC engineering or project management within the real estate or industrial sector.
• Education: Master's/Post-Graduation in M.Tech/M.E, specializing in Construction Management or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
