The Role

We are seeking a Draft Architect to support our design-build projects, focusing on creating detailed drawings, documentation, and parametric modeling for fit-outs and bespoke architectural solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate conceptual designs into accurate construction-ready drawings.

You will work closely with senior architects, designers, and fabrication teams, ensuring design intent is accurately communicated and realized on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation for projects including full builds and complex interior fit-outs.
• Apply parametric design tools (e.g., Rhino + Grasshopper) to assist in design development and iterations.
• Coordinate with in-house fabrication, MEP consultants, site teams, and external stakeholders to ensure drawings align with execution requirements.
• Support design-build projects from early design phases through construction, ensuring documentation reflects design intent and buildability.
• Assist in preparing mock-ups, prototypes, and iterations during fabrication and construction.
• Contribute to NOC and permit documentation by preparing drawings compliant with local codes and submission standards.
• Collaborate with senior architects to maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all project drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, shop drawings, and fit-out project documentation.
• Proficient in Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite; experience with Enscape or Twinmotion is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction logic, materials, and fabrication processes.
• On-site exposure is advantageous to understand real-world conditions and coordinate with contractors.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple drawing packages for concurrent projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while adhering to deadlines.
