We cater to custom and retail clients with a focus on quality, style, and precision. To support our design and production workflow, we are looking for a skilled Draftsman to create accurate and detailed technical drawings for our factory operations.

Role Overview:

The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings of furniture designs, components, and joinery details based on design concepts and production requirements. The role involves close coordination with the design, production, and engineering teams to ensure accurate and manufacturable outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D technical drawings and 3D models of furniture pieces, layouts, and assembly structures.
• Translate design concepts, sketches, or verbal instructions into production-ready drawings.
• Ensure all drawings are in line with manufacturing standards, measurements, and material specifications.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback from design and production teams.
• Maintain drawing archives, version control, and documentation records.
• Assist in developing cutting lists, hardware specifications, and joinery details for production teams.
• Collaborate with CNC and factory staff to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
• Conduct site measurements when required and incorporate accurate data into drawings.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings for ongoing projects to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Furniture Design, Mechanical Drafting, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant drafting experience (preferably in furniture, interior, or woodworks industry).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or other CAD software.
• Knowledge of materials, hardware, and furniture joinery techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and production requirements accurately.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
