Draftsman

• Prepare accurate architectural and structural shop drawings.

• Convert design concepts and sketches into detailed CAD drawings.

• Prepare and update as-built drawings based on site conditions and project changes.

• Review and revise drawings as per project requirements.

• Maintain organized drawing records and documentation

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Draftsman in the construction/contracting industry (residential projects preferred).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting/design software (Revit, SketchUp is a plus).

• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality drawings under tight deadlines.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• 5 Years of relevant experience.
