We’re Hiring: Civil & MEP Draftsmen

We are a leading construction company in Bahrain, specializing in high-rise residential and commercial developments. With a reputation for quality and excellence, we are expanding our technical team and are currently looking for experienced Civil and MEP Draftsmen to contribute to our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and revise civil and MEP technical drawings for large-scale building projects
• Interpret and convert architectural, structural, and MEP plans into detailed shop drawings
• Collaborate with project engineers, site teams, and consultants to ensure drawing accuracy and coordination
• Modify drawings to reflect site changes and client feedback
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and project specifications
• Assist in developing design documents, as-built drawings, and technical submissions
• Maintain drawing records, document control, and file versioning

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in drafting for high-rise or large-scale construction projects (GCC experience preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design tools
• Solid understanding of civil and MEP systems, construction detailing, and coordination
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines
• Familiarity with Bahrain’s construction regulations will be an advantage
