Draftsman

• Job Title: Draftsman
• Employment Type: Temporary (approx. 2 months) / Freelance
• Location: Preferably Doha; remote work may be considered if more suitable

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for large-scale construction projects, including landscaping, indoor furniture, and interior fit-out.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure all technical details are accurately reflected.
• Liaise with consultants and contractors’ architectural teams regarding shop drawing requirements and approvals.
• Might attend site meetings with consultants/contractors when clarification is required.
• Follow up on approvals and manage re-submissions where necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong understanding of shop drawing submission procedures in Qatar and KSA.
• Minimum of 3–4 years’ relevant experience in the industry.
• Proven attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Licensed as an architect/draftsman, with experience in construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
