Draftsman

Required Structural/ civil draftsman for Immediate joining.

Must have 3-5 years of UAE experience as civil Draftsman in construction field.

• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, plans, sections, and details using AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings for civil and structural works.
• Review and revise drawings based on engineers’ comments or site modifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority standards, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and other disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.) for design integration.
• Maintain an organized library of updated drawings and revisions.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, layout plans, and submission drawings.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions or existing conditions.
• Support the engineering team in preparing design proposals and technical documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
