Draftsman

Location: Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and technical plans using AutoCAD or relevant drafting software.
• Convert design concepts, sketches, and notes provided by architects into precise technical drawings.
• Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, structural details, and construction drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project requirements, codes, and architectural standards.
• Maintain and update drawing files, documentation, and revision logs.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material lists, and measurement sheets when required.
• Conduct site visits for measurement and verification of existing structures.
• Ensure timely submission of drawings to support project deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Certification in Drafting, Architecture, or Civil Technology.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Draftsman in architecture, planning, or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT/BIM.
• Strong understanding of architectural standards, measurements, and building codes.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
