Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman to support blockwork and wet trades for our ongoing construction projects. The role involves preparing detailed shop drawings, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring accurate execution of blockwork and related wet trade activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings and detailed layouts for blockwork and wet trades
• Produce sections, elevations, and detailing for Blockworks
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant instructions
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers
• Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Draftsman for blockwork and wet trades
• Strong knowledge of blockwork detailing, wet trades sequencing, and materials
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit is an advantage)
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Can join Immediately
