Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed earthwork and infrastructure drawings using Civil 3D AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.

- Create alignments, corridors, grading models, and feature lines.

- Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical layouts.

- Perform cut and fill analysis and prepare volume calculation reports.

- Revise drawings based on engineer/architect feedback and site conditions.

- Interpret technical specifications, sketches, and design concepts.

- Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.

- Ensure drawings comply with project standards and regulations.

- Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings based on site data.

- Assist in quantity take-offs when required.

Qualification:

* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in earthwork and infrastructure projects.

* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D (mandatory).

Strong understanding of:

- Earthwork volume calculations

- Surface modelling- Grading design

- Corridor modelling
