Draftsman – Interior & Fit-Out

Location: Muscat, Oman

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with interior design, fit-out, and joinery drawing standards.
• Proven experience preparing detailed shop drawings, production drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Good understanding of interior layouts, materials, joinery details, and finishing schedules.
• Ability to interpret design concepts and translate 3D visuals or sketches into precise technical drawings.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, material take-offs, and basic cost estimation related to interior works.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in drafting for interior design, joinery, or fit-out projects.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with SketchUp , or other visualization tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate technical drawings, joinery details, and interior layouts based on design and site requirements.
• Prepare production drawings and BOQ summaries for procurement and cost estimation purposes.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accuracy and alignment between design and execution.
• Revise and update drawings in response to design changes or client feedback.
• Maintain organized drawing sets, revisions, and project documentation.
• Ensure all outputs meet the company’s quality standards, budget targets, and schedule deadlines.
