Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Draftsman with strong knowledge in Civil, Architectural, and Quantity Surveying works to join our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:
• Civil drafting
• Architectural drafting
• Quantity surveying
• Proficient in:
• AutoCAD
• Reading and preparing technical drawings
• Quantity take-off and estimation
• Knowledge of construction standards and site coordination
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed civil and architectural drawings
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation
• Revise drawings based on project requirements
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and site teams
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications
