Draftsman

* knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D is mandatory.

* Interior Fit-Out Detailing: Proven expertise in producing detailed construction/production/shop drawings for joinery, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), interior construction, marble floor, wall, and ceiling (Gypsum) details, electrical/ligthing, plumbing & other allied works.

* Knowledge of Materials: Extensive knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques related to interior design.

* Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure technical accuracy.

* Time Management: Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
