Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman (2D & 3D – MEP & Architectural) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and 3D models for both architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works, ensuring all drawings meet project standards and requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings and 3D models for both architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works, ensuring all drawings meet project standards and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for architectural layouts, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire fighting systems.
- Work closely with architects and engineers to convert design concepts into accurate technical drawings.
- Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination layouts.
- Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure drawing compatibility and avoid design clashes.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback from the design or site team.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, specifications, and local regulations. Maintain organized drawing records and assist with project documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or MEP Engineering.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Draftsman in architectural and MEP projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D) and Revit (3D); knowledge of SketchUp, Navisworks, or 3ds Max is a plus.
- Strong understanding of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Good coordination and communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with UAE construction standards and municipality drawing submissions.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and 3D visualization tools.
