We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with strong technical coordination abilities to join our team. This role bridges design, site execution, and supplier/authority coordination, ensuring our concepts are executed seamlessly from paper to reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details based on design input
• Revise drawings according to site measurements, feedback, and authority requirements
• Coordinate between designers, site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Liaise with local authorities for design approvals and compliance matters
• Source and review materials with suppliers to match project specifications
• Support the project team with technical details during site execution
• Ensure all drawings meet project standards, codes, and regulations
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and communications

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Draftsman in interior design or architectural firms
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and other design software
• Strong understanding of materials, construction methods, and detailing
• Experience coordinating with suppliers, site teams, and authorities in the UAE
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
