Job Summary: A Draftsman in the real estate industry is responsible for creating precise technical drawings and plans for buildings and structures, translating architectural and engineering designs into actionable blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate architectural and engineering drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Develop detailed layouts, plans, sections, and elevations for residential and commercial projects.
• Assist in preparing submission drawings for approvals from concerned authorities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
• Update and revise drawings as per project requirements and client feedback.
• Maintain organized drawing records and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with LDA drawings and approval processes.
