Job Description

• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs to effectively communicate design intent and project concepts.
• Convert 2D architectural drawings and sketches into realistic 3D models using appropriate software tools.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to interpret project requirements and ensure visual consistency with approved designs.
• Prepare interior and exterior renderings, material boards, and lighting studies to support client presentations and design reviews.
• Apply textures, materials, lighting, and environmental effects to achieve photorealistic results.
• Revise and update models and renderings based on design changes, consultant feedback, or client inputs.
• Assist in creating animations, 3D walkthroughs, and virtual tours for marketing and presentation purposes.
• Ensure all visual outputs are produced in alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and branding guidelines.
• Maintain an organized library of 3D assets, materials, and textures for efficient workflow.
• Support the architectural team with conceptual visualization and design development as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in 3D visualization and rendering within the architecture or construction industry (GCC experience preferred).
• Proficient in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, and Photoshop; knowledge of Revit or Blender is an advantage.
• Strong artistic sense of composition, color, lighting, and detailing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and transform them into compelling 3D visual representations.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and visualization skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills within a multidisciplinary design environment.
• Familiarity with local architectural styles and materials used in Bahrain is an added advantage.
