Draughtsman/Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

As a Draughtsman/Quantity Surveyor specializing in fa ade works, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and Quantities Take-Off for our projects. Your expertise will ensure accurate project planning, cost control, and adherence to quality standards in our fa ade solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Technical Drawings: Create precise technical drawings and plans for fa ade projects, including elevations, sections, and details.
2. Quantity Estimation: Accurately estimate material quantities required for projects, considering specifications and architectural drawings.
3. Material Procurement: Collaborate with procurement teams to source and evaluate materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
4. Quality Assurance: Assist in quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship and meet project requirements.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, estimates, and change orders.
6. Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure project success.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aluminum fa ade works, with expertise in both draughtsmanship and quantity surveying.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
Strong knowledge of fa ade materials, systems, and construction methods.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and drafting.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
