Field-Based - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Onshore & Offshore)

We are seeking an experienced Drilling Rig Foreman (Rig-Less) / Completion Operations Foreman to supervise and lead field operations on deep, high-pressure, and critical oil & gas wells across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its territorial waters.

Supervise land and/or offshore well completion sites engaged in deep, high-pressure, sour gas, highly deviated, and high-cost wells (>$10MM).

Direct responsibility for the safe and efficient execution of drilling and workover programs on exploratory and development wells-ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and fiscal accountability.

• Supervise remote well site operations on a 24-hour basis during assigned rotation.
• Execute well completion programs in accordance with Production Engineering Dept. plans and approved SOPs
• Direct operations on:
• Wells below 15,000 feet
• Sour gas and highly deviated wells
• Ensure full compliance with Blowout Prevention (BOP) standards
• Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and operational procedures
• Equipment & material movement
• Well services (company and contractor)
• Transportation & site support
• Review and validate service company field tickets
• Provide detailed Daily Morning Reports to headquarters
• Promote operational optimization and cost-efficiency
• Deliver on-the-job training to junior personnel
• Safety of rig crews and contracted personnel
• Loss prevention of well materials and equipment
• Fiscal accountability for company-owned assets
• Contract compliance on outsourced sites

Qualifications

Option 1:

• B.S. Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in well completion and high-pressure oil & gas operations

OR

Option 2:

• High School Diploma or ITC completion (English, ERW, Math, MI)
• Minimum 15 years of relevant well completion experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage critical wells
• Strong operational leadership
• Sound judgment and decision-making
• Proven experience in high-pressure and complex well environments
• Dependability and strong work ethic
• Field-based position (Onshore & Offshore)
• 12-hour shifts
• 28 Days On / 28 Days Off rotation
