- Map out driving routes ahead of time to ensure the most efficient trip.
- Pick up vehicles from customer locations as per the committed date and time.
- Inspect vehicles appropriately upon collection and document observations.
- Record and communicate customer concerns clearly on job documents.
- Handover vehicles to the workshop with complete documentation and notes.
- Ensure all customer belongings are checked and removed before each transaction.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comfort at all times.
- Arrange and attend regular service appointments; report any issues promptly.
- Ensure all reported customer concerns are rectified before returning the vehicle.
- Deliver the vehicle back to the customer in proper condition and on time.
