JOB PURPOSE

  • Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation for guests and employees of the resort.
  • Maintain the resort’s vehicles in excellent condition and ensure all trips meet luxury service standards.
  • Support daily operational needs by transporting guests, staff, and items as required.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uphold the highest level of professionalism at all times, maintaining exceptional standards of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication across all reporting lines, providing the correct information to the right teams when needed.
  • Build and sustain strong, respectful, and collaborative relationships with colleagues, the corporate office, and vendors to support smooth and harmonious operations.
  • Foster a warm, positive, and wellness-aligned work environment that encourages open communication, teamwork, participation, trust, respect, professionalism, and genuine moments of joy.
  • Actively and mindfully participate in meetings, trainings, and committees, contributing to continuous improvement and alignment with Jayasom’s wellness philosophy.
  • Support the achievement and surpassing of company business targets while upholding Jayasom’s commitment to holistic wellbeing and exceptional guest experiences.

  • Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure smooth operations and the highest level of guest and team support.


KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safely transport guests and team members to their designated locations while delivering a courteous, discreet, and wellness-oriented service experience.
  • Ensure all resort vehicles are impeccably clean, well-maintained, fully fueled, and inspected daily to uphold Jayasom’s high standards.
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations, resort policies, and safety procedures at all times to ensure a secure and smooth journey.
  • Assist guests with their luggage and provide thoughtful support during arrivals and departures, creating a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate closely with relevant departments to manage scheduled trips, special guest requests, and any last-minute transportation needs efficiently.
  • Report any accidents, concerns, vehicle irregularities, or maintenance requirements promptly and accurately to maintain operational safety and reliability.
  • Maintain precise trip logs and complete vehicle records in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license appropriate for the required vehicle category.
  • Clean driving record with no major violations
  • Basic English communication skills (preferred).


Work Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams.


Knowledge:

  • Previous driving experience, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts.
  • Good understanding of local traffic laws, road safety standards, and driving regulations.
  • Familiarity with resort or hospitality transportation procedures (preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics and routine maintenance checks.
  • Awareness of safety and emergency protocols related to transportation.
  • Understanding of guest etiquette and service expectations in a luxury environment.
  • Basic English language knowledge (preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of emergency procedures (e.g., handling flat tires, minor breakdowns).
