Job Description: Office Driver & Office Helper

Position Title: Office Driver & Office Helper
Reports To: Admin Head / Operations Manager
Location: Mindz Head Office – Ajman
Working Hours: As per the company’s standard working schedule, with additional duties as required, including support during events and special activities.

Position Summary

The Office Driver & Office Helper plays a dual role in ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires a responsible, safety‑focused driver who can transport staff, documents, and materials reliably, while also supporting office tasks, event setups, and general maintenance. The role demands punctuality, discipline, and a proactive attitude toward assisting various departments.

Core Responsibilities

1. Driving & Transportation

  • Safely drive company vehicles for staff movement, official errands, and material transport.
  • Ensure strict adherence to UAE traffic rules and company driving policies.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness (interior and exterior) at all times.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
  • Coordinate with Admin for vehicle servicing, registration, and maintenance schedules.
  • Transport documents, packages, and materials securely and confidentially.

2. Office Assistance & Support

  • Assist with daily office tasks such as filing, photocopying, moving supplies, and basic administrative support.
  • Help in organizing office spaces, storage rooms, and common areas.
  • Support the Admin team with deliveries, pickups, and internal movement of materials.
  • Assist in receiving and arranging office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Provide general support to staff as directed by the Admin Head.

3. Event Support & Coordination

  • Assist in setting up event spaces, including seating, décor, equipment, and materials.
  • Support logistics during internal and external events, school functions, and corporate gatherings.
  • Help with loading/unloading event items, transporting materials, and arranging the venue.
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of event areas before, during, and after the event.
  • Provide on‑ground support to the event team, ensuring smooth flow and timely execution.

4. Office Maintenance & Upkeep

  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues within the office premises.
  • Assist in minor tasks such as moving furniture, arranging meeting rooms, and maintaining cleanliness in designated areas.
  • Support the facilities team in ensuring the office environment remains safe, organized, and functional.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver; office or school environment experience is an advantage.
  • Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline.
  • Ability to lift, move, and arrange materials and equipment.
  • Familiarity with basic office tasks and event support.
  • Polite, respectful, and service‑oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
