Job Title: Driver (HTV/LTV)

Reports to: Admin Manager / Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Driver (HTV/LTV) is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of staff, equipment, food items, and event materials to designated locations. The role requires ensuring vehicle maintenance, adherence to traffic laws, and supporting operational logistics for events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles (HTV/LTV) for delivery of catering items, equipment, and staff transportation.
• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of goods and personnel as per operational requirements.
• Assist in loading and unloading of event equipment and catering materials when required.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure on-time deliveries, especially during events.
• Ensure proper handling of fragile or high-value items during transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, etc.) before and after trips.
• Report any vehicle faults, damages, or accidents immediately to management.
• Maintain logbook of trips, fuel consumption, and mileage.
• Follow all traffic rules, safety standards, and company policies.
• Support operations team during events when needed.

Requirements:

• Valid HTV or LTV driving license (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in catering, logistics, or event management.
• Good knowledge of Islamabad/Rawalpindi routes and surrounding areas.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
