UK Cab Dispatcher-Icabbi/Autocab

We’re hiring a Taxi Dispatcher with hands-on experience in Autocab or Icabbi systems. This role is focused on managing bookings, coordinating drivers, and handling real-time dispatch operations for a UK-based taxi service.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, speed, and clear communication directly impact service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage taxi bookings using Autocab or Icabbi systems
• Dispatch jobs efficiently to drivers while optimizing routes and availability
• Handle inbound calls for bookings, amendments, and cancellations
• Monitor live operations to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
• Coordinate with drivers to resolve delays, issues, or queries
• Process airport bookings and handle time-sensitive reservations
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer details
• Escalate complaints or operational issues to the relevant team

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a taxi dispatcher or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Autocab or Icabbi is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills, especially in handling UK-based customers
• Ability to manage high call volumes and multitask under pressure
• Good understanding of dispatch operations and route planning
• Basic computer proficiency and system handling skills

Preferred Profile

• Prior experience working with UK taxi campaigns
• Familiarity with driver coordination and real-time dispatch environments
• Ability to work in rotational or UK shift timings

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
