The Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Downtown is seeking an outgoing, dependable, and service-focused individual to join our team as a Driver / Front Desk Associate. This full-time position combines front desk hospitality with guest transportation services, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and staying active throughout the day.

In this role, you will welcome guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, answer phones, provide local transportation, complete property walks, and support daily hotel operations. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License required
• Must meet company driving standards
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify employer)
• Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift luggage as needed
