Berrytale Farm (BT Agency LLC) is a premium strawberry brand supplying fresh strawberries to major markets across Los Angeles and Orange County.

We are looking for a reliable and proactive team member to support farm operations and assist with product deliveries. This role will primarily focus on handling deliveries and supporting daily farm logistics.

Position Overview

The Driver Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing daily transportation operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. This role involves coordinating driver schedules, monitoring routes, and resolving logistical challenges while also performing hands-on delivery tasks. The Coordinator will drive the company’s refrigerated box truck (non-CDL) to deliver products to retail partners across Los Angeles and Orange County and assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Farm Operations Manager with daily tasks and support overall farm operations.

2. Coordinate and manage inventory, delivery schedules, and logistics to ensure products are delivered on time.

3. Drive the company’s refrigerated box truck (non-CDL) to deliver products to retail partners in Los Angeles and Orange County.

4. Assist with loading, unloading, and securing products to ensure safe transport and handling.

5. Monitor delivery progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to management and clients.

6. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and vehicle inspections.

7. Collaborate with farm, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

8. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

9. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly.

10. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local transportation regulations

Required Qualities

· Strong sense of responsibility and ownership

· Delivery Driver experience

· High reliability and integrity; consistently follows through on commitments

Preferred Qualifications

· Hands-on experience in logistics, transportation and scheduling a plus!

· Ability to communicate in English
