Delivery Rider Recruiter – Dubai International City

We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in hiring Delivery Riders (Bike & Car) for reputable delivery services companies within Dubai. This is a key role for scaling our logistics operations, and we need someone who understands the local market and has a strong network of qualified delivery drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit experienced Bike Riders and Car Riders.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the operational and licensing requirements.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified delivery drivers to meet business demands.
• Build and manage strong relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, and driver communities.
• Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth integration of hired riders.
• Ensure all riders have valid UAE licenses and meet residency/legal documentation requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting delivery riders (bike and/or car) within the UAE logistics or delivery industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa regulations related to delivery drivers.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
