Driver Supervisor

IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Driver Supervisor to oversee daily transportation operations, manage drivers, and ensure safe, timely, and efficient vehicle usage.

JOB TITLE: Driver Supervisor

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 08 hours/day

LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar

PAY RANGE: To be discussed

LANGUAGE: English (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of drivers
• Plan and assign routes and schedules
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies
• Ensure vehicles are maintained, serviced, and in good condition
• Handle transportation-related issues and emergencies
• Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel, and maintenance
• Ensure adherence to safety and traffic regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in transportation or fleet supervision
• Valid Qatar driving license
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
