Driving Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and patient Driving Trainer to join our valet parking team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new and existing drivers on safe and efficient driving techniques, ensuring excellent service quality and adherence to traffic regulations. Arabic Language will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive driving training sessions for valet drivers, focusing on safety, vehicle handling, and customer service.

- Evaluate drivers' skills regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

- Develop and update training materials and manuals based on company policies and local traffic laws.

- Ensure all trainees understand and comply with UAE driving regulations and valet service standards.

- Monitor and assess parking lot environments to identify potential hazards and train drivers on risk mitigation.

- Collaborate with management to schedule training sessions and maintain training records.

- Promote a culture of safety and professionalism among all valet drivers.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a driving trainer or similar role in valet parking or transportation services.

- Excellent knowledge of UAE road traffic regulations and driving safety standards.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to instruct and motivate drivers.

- Patient, attentive, and detail-oriented with a passion for safety and customer satisfaction.

- Valid UAE driving license; additional certifications in driver training or safety are a plus.

- Ability to assess driving skills objectively and provide effective coaching.

- Flexibility to work varying shifts as required by the valet service operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
