Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm

In this role, you will serve as a critical member of the team responsible for administering Landstar’s Drug and Alcohol Testing Program in full compliance with DOT regulations. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently manage potentially escalated and time-sensitive situations. This position regularly communicates with drivers, agents, and internal departments combining regulatory compliance, customer service, and administrative oversight. Your experience with strong judgment, professional composure, and consistent follow-through are essential to ensuring an accurate, confidential, and compliant testing process.
Essential Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls and provide quality customer service
- Adhere to all policies regarding confidentiality
- Process and audit drug and alcohol testing results and related paperwork
- Work with various third-party contractors
- Run and distribute quarterly random notification lists to various departments
- Train representatives throughout the company
- Process third party invoices
- Create and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Other duties as assigned
Required Minimum Experience and Education:- High school diploma or GED
- One year of customer support experience in an administrative environment
Preferred Experience and Education:- One year of experience with DOT rules and regulations
- One year of inbound and outbound call center experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Outstanding internal and external customer service experience
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Conflict resolution
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills in all modes; ability to multitask in multiple electronic systems/platforms
- Ability to follow oral and written instruction
- Ability to understand and interpret federal regulations; retain and relay information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
