We are seeking an experienced dry bulk broker to manage the chartering operations of our coaster-size vessels within our owned fleet. The ideal candidate will actively engage in both spot and time charter markets, handle cargo-vessel matching, and lead commercial negotiations with confidence and precision.

🛳️ Responsibilities:

•          Match cargoes with company-owned coaster vessels

•          Conduct freight negotiations in spot and time charter markets

•          Maintain strong communication with cargo owners, agents, and regional brokers

•          Document fixture processes and follow up operationally

•          Monitor market trends and identify commercial opportunities

•          Analyze vessel positions and cargo inquiries to prepare trade reports

•          Collaborate with internal teams to optimize vessel utilization

🎯 Qualifications:

•          3–5 years of experience in dry bulk brokerage, preferably in the coaster segment

•          Strong command of chartering processes (CP terms, laytime, demurrage, etc.)

•          Fluent in Turkish and English; additional languages are a plus

•          Skilled in commercial negotiation and relationship management

•          Proficient in MS Office and brokerage platforms

•          Team-oriented and results-driven

•          Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business, International Trade, or a related field
