DTS Security Specialist

Location: Dammam, KSA

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations for endpoint and device protection systems, including policy updates, health monitoring, and alert triage.
• Support configuration and maintenance of endpoint detection and response (EDR) and unified endpoint management (UEM) tools such as Matrix42 and SentinelOne.
• Conduct device compliance checks and enforce patch and update schedules to ensure secure posture.
• Assist in IoT device enrollment and monitor connectivity to maintain compliance with approved network policies.
• Escalate security events, malware detections, or anomalies to senior team members and SOC analysts for investigation.
• Maintain device inventory, configuration records, and operational logs in accordance with internal governance standards.
• Support vulnerability remediation coordination and documentation updates after incident resolution.

Shift Coverage

• 8×5 operational coverage (morning and evening shifts) with on-call rotation for P1 and P2 incidents.

Devices & Telco Security Tower

• Focus: Protecting endpoints, IoT devices, and mobile assets through unified management and threat detection systems.
