Senior Security Specialist

Responsible for leading endpoint and device security integration, configuration optimization, and incident response within the Devices & Telco Security Tower. This role ensures secure operations across mobile, IoT, and edge-connected devices, contributing to the broader mission-critical security framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead deployment, optimization, and maintenance of MDM, EDR, and MTD solutions across enterprise and telco environments. - Define and enforce endpoint protection policies for data encryption, DLP, and secure mobility. - Integrate device security tools with SOC monitoring platforms and SIEM for unified visibility. - Support IoT and field device onboarding to ensure secure authentication and compliance alignment. - Perform root cause analysis of endpoint security incidents and coordinate remediation with infrastructure teams. - Drive improvements in patch management, mobile access control, and device posture validation. - Conduct vulnerability assessments and device audits to support regulatory and internal security standards. - Develop operational playbooks and guide junior engineers in endpoint and device security practices.

Shift Coverage

8×5 operational coverage (morning and evening shifts) with on-call rotation for P1 and P2 incidents.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in endpoint or device security operations, preferably within telecom or managed services environments. - Solid knowledge of MDM, EDR, and MTD configuration, compliance policies, and integration with enterprise systems.

Preferred Certifications

- Matrix42 or Microsoft Intune Advanced Certification. - VMware Workspace ONE or MobileIron Administrator Certification. - SentinelOne or CrowdStrike Advanced Threat Hunting Certification. - CISSP, CISM, or equivalent vendor-neutral security certification.
