Commission Structure

This is a 100% commission-based role. You earn 40% of the commission on every deal you close.

Depending on property value, that's typically $8,000 to $80,000+ per single deal.

Agents with an established portfolio and existing client relationships can expect to scale earnings

significantly faster than market averages.

Who We're Looking For

We are a growing Dubai real estate team seeking experienced, independent agents ready to join a

high-performance partnership. This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for professionals who

can hit the ground running.

Mandatory Requirements

• Currently based in Dubai — physical presence is required for client meetings and property

viewings; remote-only applicants will not be considered.

• Valid UAE Driver's License — you will be driving clients to property viewings independently.
• Proven real estate sales experience — minimum 1 year of active deal-closing in the UAE or comparable market; you must be able to demonstrate a track record.
• Own property listings / inventory are an advantage

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and closing deals on your own listings as well as opportunities shared within the team.
• Attending property viewings with clients across Dubai — driving is essential.
• Collaborating with senior partners on high-value transactions.
• Growing your personal network and contributing new opportunities to the team.
