Dubai visa sales executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Visa & Immigration Executive to manage visa processing, documentation, and related travel services. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of UAE immigration portals, visa sales, and travel operations, with the ability to achieve monthly visa targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all types of visa processing (tourist, visit, employment, etc.) through Ninthware Visa Portal, ICP, Dubai Immigration, and SmartChannel.

Ensure full compliance with UAE immigration rules and regulations.

Manage visa typing, posting, and submission processes.

Maintain strong relationships with B2C and B2B suppliers for visa and travel services.

Actively promote and sell tourist visas, meeting or exceeding monthly visa sales targets.

Coordinate hotel bookings, excursions, and transfer services for clients.

Stay updated with current immigration laws, travel policies, and supplier updates.

Maintain accurate records and follow up on all visa-related transactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in UAE visa and immigration operations.

Strong knowledge of ICP, GDRFA, Ninthware, SmartChannel, and related portals.

Experience in tourist visa sales and achieving sales targets.

Good understanding of travel services including hotels, excursions, and transfers.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
