Job Title:
Senior Specialist - Business Analysis
Job Summary:
  • Business Analysts collaborate with business partners product owners and development teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives by gathering requirements ensuring quality and facilitating agile processes.

Job Description:

  • Act as a key member of the solution delivery team working closely with business partners product owners and development teams
  • Understand business needs and elicit define and document detailed business requirements
  • Participate throughout the agile development lifecycle to ensure quality assurance and successful delivery
  • Serve as a liaison between various business departments and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain use cases acceptance criteria and other relevant artifacts
  • Analyze business processes to establish best practices and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
  • Clearly and effectively communicate findings recommendations and project updates to stakeholders
  • Serve as a subject matter expert SME to support and facilitate projects of varying sizes
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and project management skills within an agile environment
  • Exhibit self-motivation analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Commit to working collaboratively in a team-oriented results driven environment with continuous improvement focus

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between business units and cross functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
  • Gather develop and document detailed business requirements and use cases
  • Define and develop acceptance criteria to guide quality assurance processes
  • Execute quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend best practices to enhance efficiency
  • Communicate findings project status and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
  • Act as a subject matter expert to support project planning and execution
  • Lead and manage projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agile methodologies
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving business objectives and continuous improvement
  • Utilize at least 5 years of relevant experience with proven expertise in Agile methodologies
  • Must have P&C Insurance

Benefits

Compensation range: $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
