Role Overview
We at Coforge are hiring an experienced DuckCreek Billing Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in DuckCreek Billing configuration and customization within the Property Casualty (PC) insurance domain. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to design, develop, and support billing solutions aligned with client requirements.
Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Strong hands‑on experience with DuckCreek Billing (DC Billing)
• Proficiency in C# / .NET
• Experience with DuckCreek Billing Data Model and Billing Transactions
• Hands‑on experience in Billing Plans, Invoices, Payments, Disbursements, Fees, and Taxes
• Experience integrating DuckCreek Billing with:
• DuckCreek Policy
• External systems via Web Services / APIs
• Strong knowledge of PC Insurance Billing concepts
• Experience with XML, XSLT, SQL
• Hands‑on experience in DuckCreek Author / Express / OnDemand (preferred as applicable)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize DuckCreek Billing components based on business requirements
• Configure billing plans, payment schedules, invoice generation, and delinquency processes
• Develop and maintain billing interfaces and integrations with internal and external systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and UAT issues related to DuckCreek Billing
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and code reviews
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and performance standards
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders
• Support deployment activities and post‑production support

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with DuckCreek Policy or Claims
• Experience in DuckCreek Upgrade or Migration Projects
• Exposure to Cloud (AWS/Azure) or DuckCreek OnDemand
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
