Duct Production Engineer

Salary: AED 2,500 – 2,700 per month

Position - Pre-Insulated Duct Production Engineer (CNC Knowledge Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Pre-Insulated Duct Production Engineer with knowledge of CNC machine operations to manage production activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support efficient manufacturing processes. Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities for pre-insulated ducts and related accessories
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production to achieve assigned targets
• Ensure proper operation and perform basic troubleshooting of CNC machines used in duct fabrication
• Maintain quality control standards and minimize material wastage
• Coordinate with design, planning, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Train, guide, and supervise production workers and helpers
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain proper housekeeping on the shop floor
• Monitor raw material consumption and report requirements to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BTech/BE in Mechanical Engineering
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation (operation, setup understanding, or basic programming is an advantage)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to production demands

Experience

• Freshers are welcome
• Prior experience in HVAC duct manufacturing or CNC machine operation will be an added advantage
