A Ducting Foreman oversees the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of HVAC duct systems, managing a team to ensure compliance with project specifications, site safety, and quality standards. • Layout and Inspection: Review blueprints to plan layout, measure, and perform regular inspections for duct installation, pressure testing, and leakage checks.
• Team Leadership: Delegate daily tasks, manage manpower, and ensure workers adhere to PPE requirements and company safety standards.
• Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and other trades (mechanical/electrical) to avoid installation conflicts and delays.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 15–20 years of experience in HVAC ducting/piping installation, often with significant GCC experience required.
• Technical Knowledge: Expertise in GI, pre-insulated (PI), and Flexible Round (FR) duct installation and fabrication techniques.
• Skills: Ability to read/interpret MEP coordination drawings, strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
