We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ductman to join our team. The Ductman will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC duct systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork fabrication, and installation techniques. They should be able to work independently or as part of a team, follow blueprints and specifications, and ensure that duct systems meet safety and building code standards.

*Responsibilities:*

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC duct systems according to specifications and building codes.

- Fabricate ductwork using appropriate tools and materials.

- Inspect duct systems for leaks, damage, or other issues.

- Perform routine maintenance on ductwork, including cleaning and lubricating components.

- Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience as a Ductman or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork installation techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.

- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in ductwork fabrication and installation.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Previous experience working in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
