Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with Dutch-speaking leads.
• Understand patients' treatment needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Present treatment plans, pricing, and travel arrangements.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective patients.
• Manage leads and patient communication through our CRM system.
• Coordinate with medical consultants, patient coordinators, and clinic teams.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or medical tourism is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
