Duty doctor (ICU)

Job Title: Duty Doctor (ICU Experience Required)

Sri Lakshmi Group of Hospitals is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services with compassion and excellence. We are expanding our team and looking for dedicated Duty Doctors with ICU experience to strengthen our critical care units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous medical coverage in the ICU and inpatient departments.
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients under the supervision of senior consultants.
• Perform timely clinical assessments, document patient progress, and update treatment plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as per protocols.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals for patient care.
• Handle medical emergencies and ensure prompt intervention.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to hospital policies and guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: MBBS + Intensive care Diploma /PG (with ICU experience).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of ICU experience is mandatory.
• Strong clinical knowledge in critical care, emergency management, and patient monitoring.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
