Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of clinical experience and hold a valid BSc Nursing/GNM qualification. The position requires immediate joining, so we are looking for candidates who can start right away.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in various settings, ensuring comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
• Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions, recording vital signs, and providing reports to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist with medical procedures and treatments, ensuring proper equipment handling and sterilization.
• Educate patients and their families on post-care and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in continuous training and professional development.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: BSc Nursing or GNM degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital experience is preferred).
• Registration: Valid Nurse Registration (RNC) from the respective State Nursing Council.
• Skills: Strong clinical skills, patient care, communication, and teamwork.
• Availability: Immediate joining.
